Ready for FAMILY fun?! Skerbeck Family Carnival wants you to have the BEST experience on our midway. With safety a #1 priority, below are some tips and FYI information to ensure the most out of your experience with us:
  • Wear comfortable shoes. For your safety certain rides require closed-toe shoes.
  • Be prepared by packing sunscreen, a rain poncho, and layers. Mother Nature can be unpredictable.
  • Measure your child with the height signs located at each of our ticket booths before making any purchases.
  • Children under 36’ may require a paying adult rider to accompany them on certain attractions for safety purposes.
  • Be aware of the rider responsibilities posted at each ride.
  • Armbands are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Please safeguard your armband, as tampered, stolen, or lost armbands are void and non-replaceable.
  • Secure any loose clothing, keys, wallets, cell phones, or any personal items on you as these items may get lost during riding. We are not responsible for lost or broken items on our midway.
  • Lost items can be found at the Carnival Front Office or at the Fair/Festival Office. Please allow ride operators time to deliver lost items as they are not permitted to leave their ride unattended.
  • It is encouraged to leave any valuables at home.
  • No “selfie sticks” allowed on any ride attraction. This is for the safety of your and other riders.
  • Have a meeting point with your party for check-ins and general timeline of enjoying the event.
  • Lost children or parents: if you become separated from a member of your party, visit the Carnival Front Office. They are in contact with the Police and Security personnel at the Fair/Festival and all management and supervisors on the midway. A lost child plan is in place shared with the event personnel for successful party uniting.
  • Guests with disabilities or special needs, please help us make your day an enjoyable and comfortable experience. Visit the Carnival Front Office to see what services are offered.
  • If you require first aid, see the Carnival Front Office or a member of our management staff to help you find the nearest medic station.
  • Rainy or Inclement Weather: For your safety, certain rides may close during severe weather and reopen as soon as possible. Food and game concessions will remain open unless conditions are extremely severe. All tickets and armbands are non-refundable and we do not issue rain checks.
