Skerbeck Carnival food concessions ensure the strictest controls on quality and use state-of-the-art equipment.

The freshest groceries are used, including seasonal Michigan apples, local potatoes, and of course, Fontanini sausages!

Skerbeck Carnival utilizes 48 foot long refrigerated trailers, to store freshly delivered produce, all frozen products, and other perishables.

Canopied seating areas are located adjacent to the food concessions for customer comfort.

Doesn’t a crisp caramel apple or a sugary warm elephant ear sound good right now?
